He's honed his skills in planning and decision-making through some of the most demanding situations, building a reputation for keeping teams safe, motivated, and focused. His calm under pressure and commitment to excellence mean he delivers results without compromising on safety or integrity. Beyond his technical skills, Jone is passionate about people and has a natural talent for building strong, supportive teams and fostering inclusive environments where everyone can succeed. He's dedicated to leveraging his military values to drive the company's success and growth, all while championing awareness and shared success for everyone.
